Had an account with a password?
The Council no longer issues passwords. Sign in with the LinkedIn account that uses the same email address and you will land on your existing record — same certificates, same history, nothing reissued.
If your LinkedIn uses a different address, do not use the button above — it cannot tell that account is yours, so it would open a second, empty one, and the identity check then refuses that as a duplicate of you. Ask for a link instead: it opens your existing record, and you attach your LinkedIn to it there. Nothing is merged and nothing is reissued.
